The Experience

What to Expect

Every Twiddle Food class is a welcoming, hands-on experience. You'll cook real food from scratch, learn practical techniques, and understand the science of why certain ingredients work the way they do.

Sessions are kept deliberately small — between 4 and 8 participants — so Viki can give every person meaningful attention and guidance throughout the session.

Class FAQs

What should I bring?+

Just yourself! All ingredients, equipment, aprons, and printed recipes are provided. Wear comfortable clothing you don't mind getting a little floury.

Can I come if I have dietary restrictions?+

Yes — please let Viki know when booking and the menu will be adapted. We regularly cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free participants.

How do I cancel or reschedule?+

Life happens. Please give at least 48 hours notice and Viki will do her best to find you a spot on another date. Contact details are on the booking confirmation.

Can I buy a class as a gift?+

Absolutely — a Twiddle Food class makes a wonderful gift. Get in touch and Viki can arrange a gift voucher for any class or a credit towards a bespoke experience.
